I love you ebay 


So my brother Peter was surfing ebay yesterday and found this gem. 

For about 5 minutes I contemplated buying it. If it was local in MN I would've thought about it a lot longer than 5 min. How sweet would it be to own a Zamboni?!! I could like drive it to the rink in the winter and if it wasn't good enough for me, I'd just resurface it in 10 minutes. Done, Finished. If I didn't feel like going to work one day in the winter I could just go out and drop a couple layers on the street and call in and say my street is like a skating rink and I can't make it into work. I wouldn't even have to lie because it would be exactly like a skating rink!

If I had my very own Zamboni everyone wins really. Especially if I had a flat backyard. All the neighborhood kids could come over and skate on my rink. It would be the best outdoor ice in town. Pretty much the best part about a Zamboni though is that the "I want to drive the Zamboni" song by the Gear Daddies would no longer apply to me. List of Dreams... Drive Zamboni... check!
