I was browsing Amazon this morning looking for some industrial ear protectors to turn into headphones. I decided to check out some of the readymade ones. Here is a screen cap of what Amazon recommends I buy along with the protectors. Perhaps some fathers come looking for protection from their baby’s screams and discover that maybe they are just hungry.

HealthPartners has a new mascot. Petey the Pee Cup. It just so happens he has a Facebook profile and you can be his friend. Corporate mascots on Facebook. Really. There is a cafe press store too. This is out of hand.

Even though the Wild lost, I’ve still been watching a ton of hockey. One day this week, I even watched parts of 3 different games. It was sweet. I don’t understand how some can’t get into hockey. The action is so intense. Here is the tv schedule for the rest of the 2nd round of the playoffs.

If you are looking for me in the evenings over the next two weeks the chances are good that you’ll find me parked in front of the TV. The viewing schedules for the NHL playoffs are out and they look glorious. Just so you know, all games will be blacked out locally. Meaning that if you’re looking to watch the Wild games, don’t check for them on Verses if you’re in Minnesota. They’ll be on FSN North or FORTY5.

The Colorado vs. Minnesota series ought to be particularly physical given the little scuffle that happened in their final meeting of the regular season last Sunday.

What a nightmare. While I love the software, I hate upgrading it. Perhaps that’s why I haven’t done it since I installed it… until today. I saw a link somewhere (I don’t remember now) on a quick and easy plugin for upgrading automatically. Too bad it didn’t work for me (failed on the maintenance mode step). Here is the plugin. Maybe it will be useful for someone else. I had to follow this guide instead. At least it’s done now and my posts are back in the correct order.
